Don't Forget!

Hey WIldcats! Don't forget to get your Box Tops in by Friday, March 23rd so that we can raise more money for Williams. And Mr.

Do you want to know what is on the menu for your student each day?

BUT...have time on your hands? Contact Jennifer Darling to see about assisting with some Spring Carnival preparations.

Williams Elementary would just like to wish all of our students, families, community members and staff a very special Valentine's Day! Go out and fill this day with kindness and love. We appreciate each and every one of you!

Thank you to the Fabulous Pizza Dance Committee, Wildcat staff and and of course students and families for making the Pizza Dance such a successful event. Although these are just a few snapshots...it was definitely a fun night for all!

Please join us for our February Parent Coffee focusing on the topic of Bullying in Schools and How Williams Elementary addresses this sensitive issue. Coffee, muffins and fruit will be provided.

The week of February 5th though February 9th is National Counselor Appreciation Week! And boy do we have the District's Best Counselor here at Williams, well, probably even THE WORLD!

We are hosting a Barnes & Noble Book Fair starting Friday, February 2nd through Sunday, February 4th. We will still get credits on online sales through February 7th.

Get your tickets now for the Pizza Dance Party that will be held at Williams Elementary on Friday, February 9th from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm. Show us your Master Dance moves while enjoying some pizza, dessert, salad and beverages. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students.

We are honored to be able to celebrate African Amercian History throughout the month of February. Challenge yourself to discover other very important African American Leaders besides those that are most famous.

As we develop school menus for the 2018-19 school year, feedback from our school communities is crucial. AISD is launching a survey, which will be open Jan. 22 - Feb.

AISD's decision for Wednesday classes is as follows:

The First School Spirit Night of 2018 is quickly approaching! on Thursday, January 25th, Williams will be hosting a Spirit Night at Chuck E Cheese's restaurant at the 9811 S. IH-35 location.

Children cannot learn if they aren't consistently in school. When they are absent, they are missing important instruction, they experience delays in building confidence and are not able to participate in social opportunities that schools provide.

If you are at risk or experiencing Homelessness, AISD has a program called Project HELP to assist you.

The link to the Project HELP webpage is here.

Hey Parents! Let's send our staff off in style by providing yummy dishes, desserts or beverages on Tuesday, December 19th. The PTA will be hosting a Holiday Potluck to show our amazing staff how much we appreciate all their hard work this year.
